5/14/24 IMPORTANT FRAUD ALERT! We have heard from multiple customers who have received telephone calls seemingly coming from Dean Bank, asking for a variety of information including debit card number, expiration date, etc. The caller ID says "Dean Bank" and the number listed shows as the bank's number. This is called "spoofing". We'd like to repeat our ongoing message regarding calls of this type. Dean Bank will NEVER ask you to provide us with your personal financial information such as account number, password, debit card data, etc. We already have that information on file. If you receive such a call, hang up immediately.
